Dr. Florian A. Wenzl receives the prestigious Albrecht von Haller Young Investigator Award from the Swiss Heart Foundation
The Albrecht von Haller Young Investigator Award is granted annually by the Swiss Heart Foundation in recognition of outstanding scientific achievements in the field of cardiovascular research.
This year, Dr. Florian A. Wenzl was honoured with the award for his work addressing residual cardiovascular risk following acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Dr. Wenzl’s research programme aims to refine personalised treatment and secondary prevention strategies in patients with acute coronary syndromes using artificial intelligence (AI) and biomarkers.
