Invitation

Dear Colleagues

It is a great pleasure to announce the first Cardiology Update Postgraduate Course in Mumbai, India. Cardiology Update is an internationally established brand of the Zurich Heart House with a long tradition of education in cardiovascular medicine at the highest level. It benefits from an increasing reputation in Europe with the successful meetings in Davos, Switzerland and in London, UK, a Christmas Postgraduate Course where several colleagues from India participated. It is timely to continue this tradition with a new educational offering in India in partnership with Prof. Venkata S. Ram and the inviting organisations, USV and CME Foundation of India.

Cardiology and cardiovascular medicine in general is a rapidly expanding field with impressive developments and innovations over the last years. For physicians, be it general practitioners or cardiologists, it is therefore important to keep pace with a challenging environment. We have selected an international faculty of high standing from India and Europe covering the broad spectrum of cardiovascular medicine, from prevention to intervention and from arrhythmias to heart failure.

Thus, the course will give an up-to-date overview about current diagnosis and management of the most important cardiovascular conditions during two days in Mumbai. State of the art lectures will alternate with ample panel discussions to generate a dialogue and interactive discussion between faculty and delegates.

We would be most happy to welcome you on October 19-20, 2019 at the J W Marriott Hotel at Mumbai.

With best regards.

Yours sincerely,

Prof. Thomas F. Lüscher
Course Director
